We are seeking a Director to oversee the implementation of a residential substance abuse recovery program. The Director will provide clinical and regulatory oversight to the team and support education, counseling and guidance to participants in the recovery process. Some of the duties include: * Maintaining the facility census by networking with established or potential referral souces.* Monitoring participant treatment plans and discuss with staff, review participant concerns regarding both individual and program needs.* Paricipating in the planning and development of systems in order to maintain the residential site to assure compliance with licensing requirements.* Overseeing the administration of medications consistent with participants' medication plan in accordance with state and agency medication administration regulations.* Inventory medications and complete appropriate documentation.* Coordinating case conferences and staff meetings as needed.* Conducting quality improvement surveys.* Oversee the maintenance of all site equipment.* Supervising Clinical staff and para-professionals.
